5 Star Recruitment is seeking an interim Senior Building Surveyor/Capital Works Project Manager to lead delivery of planned capital works. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring on time, on budget, and quality delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Degree-qualified in a relevant construction field or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multiple capital projects with external teams.
• Understanding of JCT/NEC forms and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver capital projects from inception to completion on time and to budget.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead procurement of consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams to meet the brief.
• Monitor costs and provide regular progress and financial reports.

• Ensure project handover documentation and post-occupancy reviews.
