Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong dilapidations and due-diligence experience.
• Proven ability to deliver Building Surveys on commercial/industrial property.
• A track record of managing instructions and client relationships with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead dilapidations and associated negotiations.
• Conduct Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveys.
• Perform defect analysis and provide professional Building Surveying advice.
• Manage client relationships, instructions and diary.
