Qualifications

• Post-chartership MRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong commercial and client-facing skills.
• Ability to run instructions independently.
• Proactive and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-acquisition and technical due diligence.
• Develop dilapidations strategies for landlords and tenants.
• Administer contracts and ensure project delivery.
• Perform defect analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Manage schedules of condition and PPM surveys.
• Handle party wall and neighbourly matters.
