Job Description:

Join a growing building consultancy team working on high-profile public and private sector projects, including collaborations with prolific developers and government-funded frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the director of building and project consultancy on prestigious developments.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking building surveys, site inspections, and measured surveys
2. Drafting plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software
3. Preparing Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance and construction projects
4. Producing feasibility reports
5. Providing contract administration services
6. Organizing meetings and managing project documentation
7. Assisting senior surveyors with condition and asset management surveys, including Party Wall services
8. Monitoring project costs against budgets
9. Supporting the commercial team and junior surveyors
