A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its expanding team. With offices in the South East and London and flexible working arrangements available, the organisation delivers a wide range of surveying services across sectors including education, healthcare, infrastructure, and government. Your new role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering a full suite of Design and Building Surveying services across a variety of projects. This includes defect analysis, condition surveys, contract administration, and leading small to medium-sized construction schemes. You'll also manage client relationships, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sectors.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards full RICS membership
  • Strong all-round Building Surveying experience
  • Experience in both pre-and post-contract project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS; Revit experience is a plus
  • Understanding of BIM Level 2 and NEC Supervisor responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs
