Job description

TSA Surveying are representing an employee-owned building consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. Driven by new contracts and growing demand from clients, this role offers benefits including remote working, clear progression pathways, and participation in a profit share scheme.

With over 1,000 employees across 14 UK offices, the firm achieved 150m in turnover last year and is targeting 250m by 2030, providing exceptional career advancement opportunities. As an employee-owned business, profits are reinvested into the company and its profit share scheme, directly benefiting employees rather than external shareholders. Structured progression plans with biannual reviews provide transparent promotion paths, and at the Associate level, you have access to a unique profit-sharing model.

You will be part of the National Program team, delivering building survey programs including schedules of condition, defect reports, and TDDs. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and managing projects arising from these surveys, although not the primary focus. The role spans sectors such as commercial, central government, retail, and healthcare, working with high-profile clients like HMRC, MOJ, Royal Mail, Tesco, and the DFE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking remote working, long-term career growth, and the unique benefits of an employee-owned business. If interested in this position, apply now as we are currently shortlisting.
