REQUIREMENTS

– Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline

– Excellent specification writing skills
– CA skills including JCT Contracts
– Proven track record in project management from inception to completion
– Experience working with multiple stakeholders
– Client-facing with a high standard of technical delivery
– Ability to build long-term relationships
– Previous consultancy experience
– Team player, flexible, and motivated
