Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor:

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

Our client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and seeking a Senior Building Surveyor.

If you have experience in Government, Education, Blue Light, Industrial, retail or commercial and would like to be a Senior Building Surveyor, then this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:

1. Lead the tendering process, including tender invitations, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive tender reports.
2. Deliver a wide range of building surveying services across diverse projects and sectors.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for each project.
4. Manage projects from inception to completion, including drafting specifications, schedules of work, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

1. Bachelor's degree (BSc Hons) in Building Surveying, accredited by RICS.
2. Proven experience across all core areas of building surveying.
3. Strong awareness of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
4. Previous experience in the public sector would be advantageous but not essential.
