Senior Building Surveyor, London Office (Hybrid Working)

A new opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly successful national organisation.

The role will be based from their London office however they can offer hybrid working to suit those who perhaps live in and around the M25 and would need to come in and out of the city, therefore they are open to discuss a pattern that works for individuals.

The work covers working with a broad reach of clients, ranging from private equity firms, pension funds, through to major developers, as well as SMEs and high net worth individuals.

Most important of all is that the business is able to support and provide a great platform for someone to progress, develop, and move up the career ladder. Support to complete APC is also available for those who are perhaps at a senior level and need support in becoming fully chartered.

The role will be varied, ranging from inspecting and providing advice on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment across all asset classes. Carrying out inspections to involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations. Through to preparing reports, schedule of works and works specifications.

We anticipate the ideal candidate will already be RICS accredited, however we are able to consider those looking to achieve this.
