The Senior Building Surveyor will work across high-end Commercial and Residential sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The responsibilities include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in contract administration and project management on various projects.

The Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors, and assisting in managing projects across residential and commercial properties.

Key Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate Management
• An interest in professional services and projects
• Ideally experience in Commercial and Residential sectors
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An interest in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidation surveys is highly desirable
• A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• RICS accreditation or working towards chartership is a plus

What would be the offer?

• £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits
• Progression to Associate within 16 months, with salary up to £72,000
• Bonus of £8,000 - £10,000
