We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Kier Design business, providing design and professional services across various sectors, including the built environment, for both public and private clients. Enjoy competitive benefits, including annual leave, pension schemes, and share plans.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys of existing buildings and prepare reports on their condition.
  • Advise clients on repairs, maintenance, and improvements, including regulatory compliance.
  • Travel for site inspections, meetings, and surveys across the UK.
  • Support procurement processes and project manage building solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline; RICS accreditation preferred.
  • Chartered membership of RICS or CIOB.
  • Extensive experience in building surveying across various sectors and familiarity with procurement and contract administration.
