Job Description:

Calibre Search are looking to speak with Senior to Associate level building surveyors who would be interested in joining one of the UK's most established, leading and forward-thinking multi-discipline consultancies.

Based in Bristol, this role will allow you to work directly with the director of building and project consultancy operating on a number of high profile public and private sector work which would involve working directly with prolific developers to working on behalf of Government funded framework agreements.

Very promising role for any qualified building surveyor wanting to be part of a growing building consultancy team who offer expert advice and have a proven track record in delivering on some of the UK's most prestigious developments.

You will be part of a growing team who are only looking forward in their team development plans which you would have first-hand responsibility in how those plans are delivered as you become an integral member of the building consultancy team.

Requirements
  1. Undertaking building surveys, site inspections and measured surveys
  2. Drafting plans/sections/elevations on computer aided design software
  3. Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance and construction projects
  4. Producing feasibility reports
  5. Delivery of contract administration services as appropriate to the commission
  6. Arranging meetings and collating project documentation as required
  7. Assisting senior surveyors in carrying out condition and asset management surveys, together with Party Wall Surveyor services
  8. Compiling and monitoring project costs in line with approved budgets
  9. Offer support to the commercial team and support to the junior surveyors within the Consultancy
