Senior Building Surveyor – Cheltenham

Leading construction & property consultancy are seeking a passionate and focused Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in an established team based in Cheltenham. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare and commercial with contract values over £30 million to much smaller schemes across a variety of project management and core Building Surveying roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior surveyor expertise across a range of projects in varied sectors.
• Lead and manage individual team members, organising their work where necessary.
• Offer guidance on projects and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to project management activities as part of the core Building Surveying services.
