Our development program is designed to meet your career objectives, with a strong focus on training, development, and progression at all levels. As part of our expansion in the UK, we are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen our Building Surveying services in South Wales and surrounding regions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Building Surveying and other directors to deliver our business plan and sustain growth.

You should have experience in consultancy teams with skills in:

• Managing and delivering consultancy services within the Building Surveying market
• Engaging with and developing existing and new clients to grow our services in Wales
• Technical expertise across a range of building surveying services

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical advice and support to junior team members
• Maintaining quality standards and fostering continuous improvement
• Collaborating across service streams to provide innovative solutions
• Ensuring quality and timeliness in client service delivery
• Participating in training initiatives
• Generating repeat business and developing new opportunities
• Managing workload and resources
• Staying updated on industry developments
• Providing leadership and technical guidance

What you bring:

• A relevant construction qualification and membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., MRICS/FRICS)
• Experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle
• Experience in project delivery and survey programs
• A proactive, motivated approach
• Deep knowledge of the Building Surveying market
• Ability to engage with clients and senior stakeholders
• Mobility and a valid driving license
• Ability to produce scope, fee, and contractual proposals
