Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) with a solid foundation in Building Surveying.
• Experienced across a range of commercial consultancy services.
• Organised, diligent, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations and contract administration.
• Involved in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

·Construction / Development Monitoring
·Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)
·Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
