Job summary

A leading Tier 1 contractor seeks a Senior Building Services Project Manager for a Dorset site-based role. You will oversee M&E project delivery for a new hospital building, managing resources and ensuring compliance with project processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, relevant qualifications, and experience in large-scale M&E services.

Job Overview

Working for a well-respected Tier 1 contractor, you will manage and oversee the M&E project delivery for a new Hospital building in Dorset.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage all Engineering Services activities in line with the Project Process Document.
2. Manage project resources on a day-to-day basis and report staff issues as appropriate.
3. Handle project commercial issues and cost reporting (WIP).

Candidate Requirements

You will have a strong Building Services Engineering background with a minimum HNC, preferably a Degree in Building Services Engineering, along with proven experience managing and coordinating M&E Services installations on contracts of £10m. SMSTS certification is required.
