We’re searching for an incredible Senior Building ServicesManagerto join the team to support our Co-Living communities across three sites, The Palm House, Sunday Mills and Florence Dock!

You will be responsible for the management of both the in-house and supply partner performance in the execution and delivery of planned, reactive and project building services, as well as the on boarding and mobilisation of new properties in conjunction with other departments and stakeholders. You will provide timely insight, trend analysis, management information and reporting of all activity under your remit such as asset performance, statutory compliance, H&S and ESG management.

This role requires travel between Harrow, Earlsfield and Battersea each week.

What will you do?

  • Mentor the team and provide guidance when required
  • Track building asset performance to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenance.
  • Analyse and interpret servicing and work order trends
  • Oversee tenancy fabric refresh works

Oversee completion of daily reactive work orders

Manage all aspects of the delivery of all planned maintenance.

Close liaison with all stakeholders to agree work dates.

Check standards of all reactive and planned work, agree corrective action plans if required.

Keep track of, report and schedule the annual compliance register.

Work in conjunction with the central team on all site H&S inspections and audits.

Ensure reports such as FRA’s, reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely manner

Control operating spend in line with annual budget.

What are we looking for?

  • Comparable experience of managing mixed use properties.
  • Demonstratable experience in properties of at least 400 units
  • Public space management
  • M&E planning knowledge with a focus on statutory compliance
  • Team management experience of a large multi-skilled team
  • Ability to build and develop relationships e.g. with external professionals, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Good knowledge of residential building services
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided
  • Planning Project Qualifications
  • BIFM level 4
