Are you a Senior Building Services Engineer looking to lead mechanical and electrical engineering aspects of multiple projects? Join a team working on major residential developments, supporting your growth with structured progression, continuous training, and technical development.

Join a well-established consultancy specializing in Mechanical and Electrical design, consultancy, and inspection services across residential and commercial developments. As a senior engineer, you will provide technical support and line management to the mechanical/electrical team, ensuring successful project progression from design to delivery, on time and to specifications.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the mechanical/electrical team
2. Oversee creation and review of mechanical/electrical designs
3. Take ownership of drawing production, including schematics and calculations

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• ACIBSE membership (essential)
• MCIBSE (desirable)
