Full Time, PermanentAre you passionate about building safety and eager to contribute to the safety of residents in Bristol? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Building Safety Manager to join our team at Bristol City Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the council's statutory duties and ensure the safety of occupants in high-rise multi-occupied residential buildings.
The Role:
As the Senior Building Safety Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring Bristol City Council remains compliant with building safety regulations. Working alongside the Programme Lead for Residential Building Safety, you will manage the safety case programme, support resident meetings, collaborate with the Building Safety Regulator, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in building safety management, ideally within social housing, and suitable qualifications. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience liaising with residents.
