We are expanding our team by recruiting Building Safety Consultants at various levels, based in Oxford or other regional offices with flexible working arrangements. This role involves delivering high-quality building safety and compliance services, focusing on assisting designers and clients with building regulations and safety duties.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in:

• Advising clients and teams on Building Regulations 2010 and the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Delivering Principal Designer functions under building regulations.
• Reviewing compliance in design, conducting audits, site inspections, and reviewing submissions.
• Potentially delivering training on building regulation compliance.

Additional qualities include:

• Registered Building Inspector (Class 2/3) or demonstrated competence across various building types.
• Experience with PAS45001 and management systems.

Requirements to join:

• Strong understanding of building regulations and legislation.
• Technical knowledge of design and construction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and professional demeanor.
• Chartered membership with CABE, CIOB, RICS preferred.
• Experience in building safety or compliance roles.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
