Overview

My client, a niche Managing Agent, is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 250,000 sq ft. You will be required to put in all process procedures for the site and have an ABM that will report into you.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations of a large site (>250,000 sq ft).
  • Manage service partners on site and engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
  • Establish clear lines of communication, in both written and verbal forms, to operate this flagship site.
  • Focus on tenant experience and partner with service providers to create a "one team" ethos; be customer centric.
  • Support opportunities to get involved in other developments and contribute to ESG initiatives and site improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing a site of a similar scale.
  • Exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets and overseeing health and safety on site.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification (essential).
  • Experience driving ESG initiatives and overseeing fit-out works.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with end users and service partners, both in writing and verbally.
