This role involves comprehensive site inspections and providing expert advice to stakeholders under the Building Regulations. Candidates must hold a Class 2D licence, demonstrate exceptional communication and planning skills, and be comfortable managing dangerous structures. Qualifications

• Registered Building Inspector with experience in site and office-based functions.
• Confident in working with complex legislation, including dealing with dangerous structures.
• Effective mentor with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and plan checking in accordance with Building Regulations.
• Provide expert technical advice to developers and clients.
• Manage dangerous structures and participate in an out-of-hours rota.
• Liaise with fire authorities and other statutory bodies.
