Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team covering UK/European/Asia/US markets, requiring flexibility around hours.
• Execute client orders on a TT Front end Platform.
• Create liquidity by obtaining dealing prices and interests from clients for the desk.
• Develop and enhance existing client relationships by identifying client needs and building strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate high product and market knowledge to provide professional and profitable services, with extensive knowledge of market data systems.
• Understand compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including market practices and product-specific regulations.
• Adhere to risk management protocols, including risk limits, onboarding only serviced clients, and key controls impacting the business.
• Stay informed about market and regulatory developments related to their product area.

Personal attributes:

• Previous broking experience, ideally 2-3 years minimum.
• Experience in Futures and Options markets.
• Possess NFA Series 3 qualification.
