There is an opportunity at BGC Group for an experienced Broker in our London office. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to be part of a highly experienced team eager to teach and train new recruits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to cover UK/European/Asia/US markets, requiring flexibility around hours.
• Execute client orders on a TT front-end platform.
• Create liquidity by obtaining dealing prices and interests from clients for the desk.
• Develop and enhance existing client relationships by identifying client needs and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate high market and product knowledge to provide professional and profitable services, with extensive knowledge of market data systems.
• Understand compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including market practice and product compliance.
• Adhere to risk management policies, including risk limits, onboarding only serviced clients, and key controls.
• Stay updated on market and regulatory developments related to the product area.

Personal attributes:
