Senior Broker – Healthcare

What the day will look likeBusiness Performance

• Delivering financial growth in line with business objectives
• Developing and implementing a business plan (including sales plan)
• Travel within the Aon network to produce and manage a new business pipeline.

Client / Network Engagement

• Develop positive relationships with key collaborators, in London and the wider Aon retail network.
• Ensure network/clients receive best in class service.
• Host and lead client meetings and roadshows.
• Produce and/or deliver tenders.

Placement & Systems Management

• Encourage usage of our strategic portfolio solutions
• Predominantly lead line broking but also follow lines where required
• Oversight of File Reviews / Technical Reviews / Peer Reviews / Create / Enhance Submission.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships
• Technical insurance knowledge across Healthcare/Life Science markets
• People management experience
• Detailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
• Proven capability in effectively leading & developing high performing teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
