Job description

Senior Broker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Broker in Waltham Forest.

The Senior Broker will support the commissioning and placement process for vulnerable adults.

Pay rate – £19.39 PAYE / £24.08 Umbrella per hour.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Broker you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate and manage placements for vulnerable adults across residential, nursing, supported living, and domiciliary care settings.
  2. Negotiate with care providers to secure high-quality care at competitive rates.
  3. Ensure all placements comply with relevant legislation, safeguarding standards, and commissioning frameworks.
  4. Liaise closely with social workers, health professionals, and provider agencies to facilitate timely placements.
  5. Maintain accurate records of placements, costs, and provider performance.
  6. Monitor ongoing care packages and escalate concerns around service quality or capacity.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar role.
  2. Enhanced DBS.
