Role description:

An exciting opportunity to work with some of the UKs most exciting businesses and join a growing broking team.
The Broker role embodies our ethos. We believe our clients are best served by dealing with one key contact — our Brokers.
You will handle enquiries from our Growth team, taking clients from initial prospect stage to policy placement. The client will then be assigned to you for ongoing service, including quarterly reviews, mid-term adjustments, and renewals. This approach ensures clients are properly serviced and managed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance broking experience. The ideal candidate should be a Senior Handler/Advisor aiming for or having experience as an Account Executive.
  • Deep knowledge of key insurances, particularly:
  • Public/Products & Employers Liability
  • Material Damage
  • Business Interruption
  • Cyber & Professional Indemnity
  • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering the best for clients
  • Confident in attending client meetings virtually (Teams, Zoom) and in person
  • Effective negotiation skills with insurers to secure optimal outcomes
  • Experience dealing with diverse clients, including those new to insurance, with the ability to explain products/services clearly
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
  • Minimum Cert CII qualification
  • Preferably experience with Acturis
