Job summary

DAZN Limited is seeking a Broadcast & Streaming Platform Manager to advance the company’s live sport broadcasts and streaming capabilities. You will drive improvements across the platform stack, collaborate with engineering and operations, and act as a technical contact for partners and vendors.

You will shape scalable, resilient workflows, work with cloud deployments, and influence requirements across teams to deliver end-to-end enhancements in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of broadcast and streaming engineering technologies.
• Strong understanding of signal acquisition, production, transmission, encoding and content distribution workflows.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and deliver technical improvements across DAZN's broadcast and streaming platforms.
• Lead investigations into technical issues and perform trend analysis for long-term fixes.
• Manage device utilisation and capacity planning for scalability and resilience.
• Influence project requirements and transition new solutions into Engineering Support.
• Communicate platform developments and updates to engineering and operations teams.
• Support evolution of end-to-end broadcast and streaming workflows.
