Position: Senior Bridal Sales Stylist - London

We are currently hiring a Senior Bridal Sales Stylist for our flagship store in London. This role is responsible for providing a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend to and advise clients, providing professional treatment focused on excellence and satisfying their needs.
2. Manage the daily schedule by preparing appointments to ensure excellent customer attention and organize daily activities.
3. Meet sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.
4. Control store stocks and stock flow with Central to ensure availability, quality, and timely delivery.
5. Perform administrative tasks such as telephone support, cashier closing, merchandise receipt, tracking, transfers, and inventories to ensure smooth store operations.
6. Maintain a correct store image following internal policies regarding order and cleanliness in sales areas, workshops, and warehouses.
7. Resolve incidents promptly and effectively.
8. In the absence of a sample, conduct fittings following PRONOVIAS policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales consultant in the Premium or Luxury Fashion sectors. Knowledge of bridal or occasionwear is a plus.
• Positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, results-oriented, strong team player, and effective problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are highly valued.
