Department Overview:

The marketing department at Space NK is responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and attract new ones. It comprises four teams: brand partnership marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, and content.

Role Purpose:

The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the marketing team and other departments. This role requires strong creative, commercial, and analytical skills to lead the team in planning and executing standout marketing campaigns with key brand partners. The manager will build and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role manages and develops a team of nine, including three direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer-first strategy for brand partnership marketing.
  • Lead the delivery of brand partner marketing campaigns for ongoing and new product launches, ensuring clear communication with commercial teams and timely presentations to brand partners.
  • Foster creativity within the team to ensure campaigns are innovative and industry-leading.
  • Collaborate with commercial category teams to identify strategic moments for campaigns and allocate budgets accordingly.
  • Manage processes within the team, including planning, communication, sign-off, execution, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners as the main contact point in marketing.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and ensure spending aligns with plans.
  • Line manage and develop the brand partnerships team.
  • Stay updated on marketing innovations and propose new ideas aligned with business goals.
