ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into our CMO, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the execution and evolution of Cult Mia’s brand marketing function - driving forward seasonal campaigns, influencer strategy, brand partnerships and content direction.
This is a key leadership role in the marketing team, responsible for translating the brand vision into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive cultural relevance and long-term brand equity and the growth of an engaged community. You will manage two direct reports: a Social & Content Executive and a Partnerships & Influencer Executive, as well as our PR external partner, working closely with them to grow our community, develop engaging storytelling, and support customer acquisition.
You will collaborate closely with E-commerce and Partnerships (relating to our designers) teams, as well as external partners to ensure the Cult Mia brand is consistently and effectively expressed across all touch-points.
