With ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years, we’re expanding our marketing team to help take the brand to the next level. Our focus is on accelerating traction in our two leading markets - the US and the Middle East - and building global brand awareness that matches the strength and uniqueness of our product offering. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into our CMO, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the execution and evolution of Cult Mia’s brand marketing function - driving forward seasonal campaigns, influencer strategy, brand partnerships and content direction.

This is a key leadership role in the marketing team, responsible for translating the brand vision into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive cultural relevance and long-term brand equity and the growth of an engaged community. You will manage two direct reports: a Social & Content Executive and a Partnerships & Influencer Executive, as well as our PR external partner, working closely with them to grow our community, develop engaging storytelling, and support customer acquisition.

You will collaborate closely with E-commerce and Partnerships (relating to our designers) teams, as well as external partners to ensure the Cult Mia brand is consistently and effectively expressed across all touch-points.

Key areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the strategic planning and oversight of integrated brand marketing campaigns across social, CRM, influencer, events, and partnership channels — ensuring alignment with Cult Mia’s brand identity, seasonal priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Set the direction for our influencer strategy, working closely with the Partnerships & Influencer Executive to manage execution of seeding, UGC collection, and relationship tracking.
  • Drive the development of brand partnerships and co-marketing collaborations, guiding outreach strategy, partner selection, and campaign concepts while supporting the Partnerships & Influencer Executive on coordination and delivery.
  • Own Cult Mia’s brand storytelling framework, working with the Social & Content Executive to set the creative direction for social content, campaign messaging, and editorial moments.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all customer-facing channels, providing clear briefs and feedback to team members and agency partners to uphold visual and verbal brand standards.
  • Manage and mentor a small but high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth. Provide clear delegation, feedback, and support across influencer, content, PR, events and partnership functions.
  • Improve brand marketing operations and creative processes, embedding structure, best practices, and scalable systems to boost output and efficiency.
  • Oversee performance tracking and reporting across brand marketing initiatives, synthesising insights to optimise future planning and team focus.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, allocating spend across campaigns, partnerships, and creative resources to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor relevant cultural, industry, and consumer trends, ensuring Cult Mia shows up in timely, authentic, and high-impact ways.

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is someone who:

  • Significant experience in brand marketing, ideally in D2C businesses overseeing content, social, influencer, PR, brand partnerships and community
  • Strategic thinker with a strong editorial eye and brand sensibility
  • Confident running integrated brand campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members within a marketing or brand function
  • Highly collaborative and confident working across teams and with external partners
  • Data-literate and comfortable working with OKRs and measuring brand impact
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and utilise insights for future marketing plans
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-starter, proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Passionate about independent fashion, cultural storytelling, and luxury consumer behaviour

Interview Process:

  • Introductory video call with our Fractional Talent Partner (Matt), 30 minutes
  • Further video interview with our CMO, 45 minutes
  • Take-home case exercise followed by a walkthrough with our CMO, our CEO and Founder (Nina), and potentially one of our other senior team members. 75 minutes
  • Final values conversation with our CEO, Nina. 30 minutes
