Accessorize is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our brand into its next chapter across social, digital, retail and every touchpoint in between. The role will shape how millions of customers experience Accessorize and will drive brand marketing and creative strategy to stay culturally relevant and connected to our customer.

You will lead integrated campaigns, raise the bar on content, and bring memorable brand experiences to life.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the Accessorize brand and marketing strategy.
• Lead integrated campaigns that inspire customers and deliver commercial results.
• Shape and evolve the creative vision of the Accessorize brand across all channels.
• Drive a social-first approach to content creation and brand storytelling.
• Develop PR, influencer and partnership activity that builds brand love.
• Partner closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams to create a seamless customer journey.
• Lead, coach and inspire talented Marketing and Creative teams.
