Job description

We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial go-getter who will help Cannaray maintain its powerful presence in our category whilst building much greater depth to our brand, a sense of loyal community, and bringing a huge injection of passion to our team and consumers alike.

This is the perfect role for someone who is a genuine believer in the wellness / longevity / preventative health / health-tech / supplement and/or CBD space who is wanting a role that reflects their values and way of life.

What you'll do:

  • Brand Strategy and Positioning: Own and evolve the Cannaray and CannarayWellness brands. Ensure our brand identity shines consistently across all platforms.
  • Campaigns and Community: Lead campaigns to boost brand awareness and loyalty. Pitch and execute growth marketing plans across various channels.
  • Work with Claudia Winkleman: Collaborate with Claudia and her manager to leverage her influence in driving sales and brand visibility.
  • Drive Channel Growth: Define initiatives for DTC and retail channels, ensuring consistency and impact across all customer touchpoints.
  • New Product Launches: Partner with Product and NPD teams to lead go-to-market strategies for new launches.
  • Track Brand Pulse: Stay in tune with our consumers and how our brand is resonating with them. Develop ways to measure and enhance brand love.
  • Content Leadership: Evaluate and optimise our content strategies. Ensure we're making the biggest impact with our resources.
  • Brand Ownership: Be the internal and external guardian of our brand. Drive new ideas, prepare strategic updates, and be the go-to brand ambassador.

Who you are:

  • Experience in fast-paced FMCG brands with a focus on wellness, supplements, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
