A unbelievably well backed manufacturer of premium products needs its next superstar Brand Manager, in an all round marketing role due to the nature of this SME. The Role

We need a Senior Brand Manager looking with a creative brand background, reporting into the Marketing Director, this is a unique opportunity to truly influence, shape and execute the simply outstanding brand strategy in the UK & EMEA.

This is a highly complex role which includes, working closely with manufacturing, supply, ecomm, PR & agency as well as including managing the communications plan with global.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • To execute the brand portfolio vision, strategy and plan
  • Brand and/or Portfolio Management including full P&L and Marketing Budget ownership
  • ATL & BTL experience, particularly within large retail customers including grocery, high street ecomm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working closely to lead, inspire and influence key project teams and stakeholders e.g. Sales, Innovation, Trade and Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales, Finance, Forecasting
  • Experience in developing and creating strong relationship with agencies, specifically ATL, design, BTL, PR agencies

What we need from you

  • Creative, strategic, passionate and excited about brands, people & marketing
  • You must bring a big branded FMCG marketing background with UK end to end full mix marketing experience, including long-term Strategic and annual Brand Planning
  • A positive, forward, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and looking to make a difference!
  • Commercially minded with the ability to successfully prioritise workload
  • Able to make recommendations and inspire and influence upward
  • Plenty examples of working cross functionally with strong examples of cross market media strategic planning.
