Job description

Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team!

Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we're bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

At InPost UK, we're building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We're a passionate bunch with high ambition - we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.

About the role:

Ready to make a brand stand out in a market that’s being reinvented? As our Senior Brand Manager, you'll own the InPost brand across all channels, and you'll lead a team to deliver integrated campaigns that get people noticing us, considering us, choosing us, and help drive the growth that comes with it.

Big brand, big ambition, no egos.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity; protect consistency across every touchpoint (lockers, digital touchpoints, ...).
  • Collaborate with InPost Group on all brand-related projects.
  • Turn B2C commercial goals into an integrated annual brand and marketing plan with quarterly campaign calendars.
  • Lead, coach and set objectives for your direct reports.
  • Partner with the B2B team: adapt brand assets, messaging, collaterals and campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • Oversee campaigns from brief to launch, on-brand, on-time and on-budget, including media spend.
  • Align with the PR Officer and Partnership Manager so PR, partnerships and brand campaigns reinforce each other.
  • Report performance, commission research and brand-health tracking.
What we need from you:

We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We're looking for people with drive and natural curiosity - who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.

We'd be particularly excited to hear from you if:
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and setting objectives for a team in a similar brand or marketing management role.
  • Strong track record managing brand, brand positioning and brand identity across both physical and digital touchpoints, with a keen eye for consistency.
  • Creative flair, with the ability to deliver impactful campaigns within budget.
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns from brief to launch, including managing media spend.
  • Ability to commission and interpret brand research and brand-health tracking and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Experience in a tech business, including marketing through digital platforms and apps would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with a Group or Region to align local activity with wider brand standards, and partnering with B2B, PR and partnership colleagues so activity reinforces one another would be advantageous.
The InPost process:

We pride ourselves on our candidate experience. We want to make this as straightforward as possible, for you and for us! We will try our best to get back to you within a few days to let you know if we'd like to take you to the first stage.

This normally involves a 20 minute chat with our Talent Team. If we both feel the connection, you'll then go through another one or two stages, depending on the level of the role.

At InPost, we love uniqueness. Our strength is our people.

We strive to create an open, equal, inclusive environment in which everyone has the opportunity to flourish and be themselves.
