About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and confident Senior Brand & Campaign Manager to orchestrate our brand initiatives and execute impactful campaigns, playing a pivotal role in maintaining Wonderskin's innovative and disruptive brand presence. This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines, ensuring seamless coordination of all brand and campaign activities. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand story to life, coordinating major launches, and executing high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop, own, and execute the brand and campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.

  • Lead the planning and execution of PR activations and campaign launches, working cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and maximum brand impact.

  • Drive the coordination of product and retail launch timelines, collaborating closely with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and successful market entry.

  • Oversee sample deliveries and event coordination, managing logistics for press kits, influencer outreach, and brand events.

  • Support the development of compelling brand narratives and campaign messaging that resonate with our target audience and reinforce Wonderskin's innovative positioning.

Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all brand and campaign-related projects, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows between internal teams (e.g., creative, social, sales) and external partners (e.g., PR agencies, event suppliers).

  • Proactively identify and manage potential roadblocks and dependencies, ensuring all campaign elements are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are clearly communicated throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Lead regular meetings to track progress, disseminate updates, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.

Event & Talent Management:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event analysis.

  • Manage the process of inviting talent, guests, and press to events, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, media contacts, and brand advocates to amplify campaign reach and brand visibility.

Performance Analysis:

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all brand and campaign initiatives, including reach, engagement, media mentions, and event attendance.

  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future brand strategies.

  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports, highlighting successes, learnings, and recommendations for optimisation.

Success in 6 Months:

  • You have rapidly gained a deep understanding of Wonderskin's brand DNA, product portfolio, target audience, and existing brand and campaign processes.

  • You have successfully taken ownership of the brand and campaign calendar, demonstrating effective management of ongoing activities.

  • You have successfully coordinated and executed at least one major PR activation or campaign launch, ensuring smooth operations and positive outcomes.

  • You have established strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners, including product development, sales, creative, and PR agencies.

  • You have implemented initial optimisations to existing project management workflows, improving efficiency and clarity.

Success in 24 Months:

  • You have consistently delivered highly impactful brand campaigns and PR activations that significantly elevate Wonderskin's brand awareness, reputation, and consumer engagement.

  • You have developed and refined a highly efficient and collaborative campaign management process that ensures seamless execution from concept to completion.

  • You are a trusted expert in brand and campaign coordination, consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • You have successfully managed the coordination of multiple large-scale product launches and brand events, contributing significantly to their success.

  • You have cultivated strong, lasting relationships with key media, influencers, and talent, enhancing Wonderskin's reach and impact.

About You

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, campaign management, or project management within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand, ideally within beauty, wellness, or a similar lifestyle vertical.

  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising brand campaigns and PR initiatives.

  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of product launch cycles and retail timelines.

  • Experience with event coordination, including managing guest lists, talent invitations, and logistical arrangements.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams and external partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
