About the role and the Team:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who goes beyond the expected. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering the brand strategy, driving brand awareness, consideration, and revenue growth. You will manage the day-to-day creative and content across multiple channels, working with channel owners to create fully integrated, results-driven campaigns targeting our key audiences.

What will you be doing?

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and consideration.
  2. Manage and coordinate marketing activities including advertising, events, content, and promotions.
  3. Support ATL media planning and creative development.
  4. Lead creative development across channels including OOH, social, branded content, YouTube, digital audio, and offline channels.
  5. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners.
  6. Collaborate with digital, audience, website, PR, propositions, and CRM teams for coordinated campaigns.
  7. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies accordingly.
  8. Create and distribute collateral/merchandise for engineers, events teams, and field sales teams.
  9. Ensure all creative, content, and events align with new brand positioning and identity.
  10. Identify ways to align local, community, and PR plans to maximize efficiency and amplify activity.
  11. Manage agency and internal creative/copy briefs.
  12. Manage relationships with print partners.
  13. Ensure all content and materials are compliant.

What we are looking for:

  1. A degree in marketing or a creative discipline preferred.
  2. Significant experience in consumer marketing planning and execution across channels, including social and web.
  3. Experience managing a brand across touchpoints through strategy and communication.
  4. Experience leading creative teams and working on integrated marketing campaigns.
  5. Proven track record of creating content strategies that deliver results.
