Job summary

Mamas & Papas Limited is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in the UK. You will own the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal activations, and partnerships to strengthen awareness and drive growth across markets.

Ideal candidates have FMCG/consumer goods marketing experience, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.

• FMCG or consumer goods marketing background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver brand-led campaigns and activations across key seasonal periods.
• Own planning and execution of campaigns such as Christmas and Eid.

Through continued growth and the fantastic news that one of our Marketing team is about to welcome her own beautiful baby into the world we are looking to recruit a SENIOR BRAND MANAGER on a c12mth fixed term contract (maternity cover).

The role of Senior Brand Manager

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and delivering impactful, brand-led campaigns and marketing activations that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.

You will own the planning and execution of key seasonal campaigns such as Christmas & Eid, promotional activation and management of strategic charity partnerships, and owning the marketing of core Mamas & Papas service offerings like our Buying for Baby appointments. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and international partners, they translate business priorities into compelling marketing activity that enhances brand perception and delivers measurable results across multiple markets.
