Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science business based at our head office in Gatwick, reporting into the Head of Marketing for Medical Nutrition. You will play an important role in leading the execution of our global Commercial Strategy through our annual brand plans, ensuring flawless execution to deliver value add marketing mix activity across our specialist medical nutrition portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our allergy and dysphagia business through the development and delivery of winning brand strategies. As a key contributor to the integrated commercial planning process, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our brands.
You will lead a team of brand managers and assistant brand managers and work closely with all functions and global teams to embed a fully integrated plan.

What Will Make You Successful
To be successful in this role you will bring a wealth of experience in medical nutrition marketing, ideally Cow Milk Allergy, operating as a Senior Brand Manager currently. You will have successfully delivered on brand building KPIs and have experience in managing complex cross functional project teams. You will be a strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence, and inspire. You will be at ease and confident working with cross functional, cross-cultural teams and in dealing with senior management. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have great project management skills and be highly organised.
