Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Brand Designer (or ambitious Midweight) to lead brand identity work and shape the agency's future. You will develop distinctive identities, build robust design systems, and craft campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and print.

The role blends hands-on design with strategic influence in a fast-growing, collaborative environment in Shoreditch. You'll work closely with Creative Directors, shaping client work and the agency's direction while influencing from day one.

Qualifications

• Experienced in creating and developing strong brand identities.
• Proficient in building and evolving design systems and visual frameworks.
• Skilled with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for brand work.
• Able to develop campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print and activation.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and creative rationale to colleagues and clients.
• Collaborative, research-led approach to creative process.
• Experience working with technology brands would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop brand identities from concept through to execution.
• Build and evolve design systems, guidelines and visual frameworks.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print and activation.
• Design assets for both brand-building and go-to-market activity.
• Present ideas and creative rationale to colleagues and clients.
• Contribute to internal agency marketing, case studies and creative initiatives.
• Proactively identify new ways to help clients stand out and grow.
