Zealous Agency is partnering with one of the UK's most exciting independent creative agencies to find an exceptional Senior Brand Designer. This role requires top-level craft, confidence, and instinct to build brands that command attention and leave a lasting impression.

You will shape identities, packaging and brand worlds for ambitious challengers and global brands, collaborating across strategy, creative and production while mentoring junior designers and presenting to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distinctive identities.
• Exceptional craft and conceptual thinking with a real obsession for detail.
• Strong experience across FMCG, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
• The confidence to lead a project from strategy through to delivery, and to bring other designers up with you.
• A portfolio full of bold, culturally relevant design that will excite and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambitious projects from concept to execution, creating visual identities and brand worlds that feel fresh and strategic.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative and production, mentoring junior designers and presenting confidently to clients.
• Help raise the creative standard across the studio.
