Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead end‑to‑end brand work for entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle brands. You will craft identities, brand worlds and campaigns that are bold, strategic and culturally impactful, collaborating with strategy and production teams.

You will mentor junior designers, present to clients with confidence, and elevate the creative standards across the studio. This is a high‑calibre, ambitious agency role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience building distinctive identities.
• Exceptional craft and conceptual thinking with a real obsession for detail.
• Strong experience across FMCG, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
• Confidence to lead a project from strategy through to delivery and mentor others.
• Portfolio of bold, culturally relevant design.

This is a role for someone operating at the very top of their game, a designer with the craft, confidence, and creative instinct to build brands that command attention, shape culture and leave a lasting impression.

This top-class agency creates bold, playful, and commercially powerful work for globally recognised names across entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle brands. Identity, packaging, campaigns, and art direction are some of the things you'll be doing for ambitious challengers and the biggest brands in the world!

They're looking for someone who can lead ambitious projects from concept to execution, creating visual identities and brand worlds that feel fresh, strategic, and impossible to ignore.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative and production, mentor junior designers, present confidently to clients and help raise the creative standard across the studio.
