Location: London/Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

We’re looking for a bold, creative and commercially savvy Senior Brand & Communications Manager to lead high impact campaigns, partnerships, PR, and social. This is a hands on, visible role where you’ll shape the way millions experience our brand. Building buzz, driving engagement, and spreading joy.

Working alongside a passionate, cross functional team, you’ll bring ideas to life that truly pop balancing pace and agility with clever, high impact thinking that proves big brand fame doesn’t always need big budgets.

The Opportunity

As Senior Brand & Communications Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the creation and execution of our brand and product campaign calendar
  • Define campaign propositions using insight and data, ensuring they resonate with our target audiences.
  • Partner with agencies to deliver earned PR campaigns that create fame and build love for the brand.
  • Work with the Social Media & PR Junior Manager to set the strategic direction for owned social, ensuring we’re culturally relevant, engaging, and authentically Krispy Kreme.
  • Deliver inspiring internal communications, embedding brand tone and excitement across the business.
  • Mentor and line manage a Junior Social Media Manager & PR Manager, fostering creativity and growth.
What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a natural storyteller, and campaign lead who thrives in a fast paced environment. Someone that can bring energy, passion, and bold ideas while influencing stakeholders and inspiring teams, whilst juggling multiple workstreams.

  • Proven experience delivering integrated, high impact campaigns in; Retail, QSR, or Hospitality.
  • Strong PR and communications expertise, with a track record of earned media success.
  • Hands on social media knowledge. You know how to make a brand culturally relevant and loved.
  • Experience building partnerships and leading cross functional campaign launches.
  • Excellent organisation and campaign management skills with a high bar for quality.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior talent.
