A globally admired niche fragrance brand in London is seeking a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and campaign development. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to join a globally admired, creatively led niche fragrance brand based in London.This is a senior hybrid role in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment, ideal for someone with a strong editorial eye, brand instincts, and campaign experience who’s ready to make a strategic impact.
They are a 20-year-old, founder-led fragrance brand with a cult following and an entrepreneurial spirit. Based in London and Berlin, the brand is known for its unique concept, creative identity, and strong presence in international retailers and cultural spaces.
As the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Marketing Department, supporting the Global Head of Marketing across brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll help define and execute the brand’s creative and commercial vision across all channels and touchpoints, from product launches and brand campaigns to events and partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker with a sharp creative instinct, excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll ensure all external and internal brand communications are aligned, culturally relevant, and creatively excellent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of global brand strategies to drive awareness and affinity.
Translate brand positioning and campaign strategy into actionable briefs and toolkits.
Manage cross-functional rollout of product launches and campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and influencer channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.
Contribute to creative concept development grounded in cultural and consumer insights.
Lead planning and delivery of brand events and activations.
Own timelines, workbacks, and critical paths – keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Manage campaign assets and deliver toolkits for global and regional use.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure output aligns with brand goals.
Support internal communications and ensure team alignment on brand vision.
Analyse campaign performance and feed insights into future planning.
Stay attuned to cultural trends and act as a brand guardian across all channels.
Mentor junior team members and lead on specific initiatives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in brand/marketing roles within premium beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch.
Strong visual and editorial sensibility with a passion for brand storytelling.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Experience managing external agencies and working cross-functionally.
Creative, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
Commercial awareness with a culturally connected mindset.
