What you'll get to do

We have an exciting role as a senior brand ambassador for L'Artisan Parfumeur in Selfridges. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. A Puig senior brand ambassador achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, increasing brand awareness, and building customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Previous experience in a fragrance consultant/expert role.
• Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry.
• A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule.
• The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches, or activities unique to that store.
• The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own; you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to prioritize your workload.
