The Package:
Basic Basic Salary: £31,000
Realistic Realistic Earnings (including commission): £65,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Be the face of our customer experience, offering professional estate agency advice and ensuring the best service
Manage your business's profitability and growth, driving business development
Motivate and inspire your team, running meetings and coaching sessions
Generate new leads and business opportunities to improve performance
List properties and ensure vendors achieve the best possible price
Stay up to date with market trends, building a reputation as a local expert
Work closely with your team to strategize and match new properties with potential buyers
