Job summary

TRP Recruitment Limited is working with a hugely successful fashion supplier to the UK high street to recruit a Senior Boyswear Designer in London. You will translate emerging youth trends into commercially driven product for boys and teens, and lead design from concept through to final collection.

You will research trends, create directional ranges, present mood boards, colour palettes and graphics, and collaborate across internal teams and with suppliers to deliver high-standard collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in the junior/teen fashion market.
• Strong trend-driven design skills with a youth-oriented aesthetic.
• Collaborative team player comfortable presenting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fashion-forward boyswear collections.
• Research emerging trends, youth culture, and key fashion influences.
• Create directional ranges with strong aesthetics and commercial appeal for the UK high street.
• Work with the team to develop product from concept to final collection.
• Present trend concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, graphics and ideas.
• Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality deliveries.
