This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outer-space-themed amusement park in the heart of London. This is a standalone role which is mainly REMOTE (up to 1 day every week on-site).

Reporting to the CFO who is based abroad, the primary responsibilities include managing both accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices against purchase orders, and reconciling incoming and outgoing payments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable - record A/P invoices, reconcile with purchase orders, and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences, and intercompany accounts.
  • Initiate payment approval cycle and execute payments accordingly.
  • Reconcile and provide monthly payroll information for 50-100 employees to an external payroll provider.
  • Handle statutory forms and reports for external providers.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including detailed analysis of actuals against budget and forecasts.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting.
  • Contribute to yearly budget planning.
  • Prepare financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
  • Generate periodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 5-10 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Desirable SAP experience; training will be provided.
