You will support a range of music and entertainment clients, handling invoices, reconciliations, and monthly management reporting. The ideal candidate has Sage 50 experience, prior accounting practice exposure, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage 50 accounting software.
• Experience working in an accounting practice.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing purchase invoices and preparing payment packs.
• Raising sales invoices and posting bank receipts.
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
• Assist account manager with preparation of management reports.
• Day to day support for the Business Management team.
• Data analysis.
• Run basic reports such as profit and loss.
