Overview

Senior Bookkeeper & Purchase Ledger Manager at a fast-growing company working with luxury brands. The role is based in Brighton and involves taking ownership of the purchase ledger, complex reconciliations, cashflow management, and royalty payments. You will work directly with the Finance Director, alongside another Senior Bookkeeper, and be supported by external accountants.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the purchase ledger and bookkeeping activities.
  • Perform complex reconciliations and manage cashflow analyses.
  • Process royalty payments and related accounting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director, fellow Senior Bookkeeper, and external accountants to ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications
  • Strong purchase ledger & bookkeeping experience.
  • Soli Xero skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Background in fashion, retail, e-commerce, licensing, or digital marketing is ideal but not essential.
